Just read this on Wcti12.com. In today’s school system, the violence that goes on with children and teens during school is far too large to be overlooked. Every parent wants to believe their child will be safe at school. With teachers, assistant principles, and other authority figures inside the building; the hope is that the violence just won’t ocurr, but that isn’t the case at Havelock High School where two teens were just charged for allegedly attacking a student inside of a classroom. The victim said that her hair was pulled by one girl and the other girl punched her in the face. The mother of the victim said that the teacher made no effort to intervene. This story is appalling because the victim was viciously attacked and no one, not even the teacher intervened.
