Interesting article posted on Nytimes.com. The article is about the strict gun laws in the city of Chicago. Gun stores are not allowed in the city and until 2010, handguns were banned in the city. To many gun right activists, the high murder rate that troubles the city points out that strict gun laws just encourages crime. One problem is that gun laws are not as severe as other places, for those that are caught with guns illegally.
