It’s a hot topic debating issue that is as contentious today as it’s ever been – random drug testing in schools. To randomly drug test a student is surely to violate his or her constitutional rights? It assumes guilt without evidence right? Or does the potential harm the student can be doing to themselves and others outweigh such considerations?
