A mass shooting is defined as when more than four people are killed. These mass shootings make up less than 1 percent of those killed by guns. There is a debate on how to stop mass shootings. Gun control measures are from assault weapon bans to universal background checks. However these measures are opposed by the NRA as they feel that they will take way gun owner’s rights. This issue isn’t going away anything soon.
