Interesting article posted on Usnews.nbcnews.com. Gene Carlo Pena, 26 was arrested this week after he admitted that he stuffed ATMs with counterfit money. Pena worked for the company that was in charge of servicing ATMs in Manhattan. The counterfeit bills that Pena was using, were blank on one side and authorities believe they were meant to trick the ATM into believing it was carrying a full complement of cash.
