I just read an article on bbc.co.uk that I thought you should read. Rounding up the usual suspects in Great Britain will soon be a thing of the past according to Prof Levi, Cardiff University’s Professor of Criminology. Rounding up the usual suspects is a form of police work that places blame for crime, any crime, on a select few of the working class, mostly to keep them in line. New advances in technology make this approach moot.
