Here’s an article worth a read posted on Thecrimereport.org. Milwaukee’s police chief has implemented a new 911 emergency systems, but some think that he may be rocking the policing status quo. This has come about because the new police chief has been reforming the police department since his arrival 4 years ago. The reform minded police chief, has been dedicated to fixing problem areas in the Milwaukee police department and has, as result, ruffled one too many feathers.
