The National Journal reports:

The perception that voting fraud is going on is only perpetuated by the elected officials like Sen. Tommy Williams in the article. I heavily doubt that Sen. Williams grandfather name is being used for voter fraud. I hope he knows other people in the world have alike names. Oh wait, I sure there isn’t another Tommy Williams in Texas, there couldn’t be no way. This is just a modern version of a poll tax, which is unconstitutional. When this sees its day in Federal court there will be a lot of embarrassed States, just like with Obamacare.
