Check out this blog post on Thedumbnews.com. A career criminal was busted by authorities in Britain by an anti-crime tag recording his movements. The man, Richard Almaraoui, was apprehended by police after breaking into a student?s apartment and stealing a laptop in Norwich. G4S tracked his movements through the electronic ankle tag, showing that he had broken into the student?s apartment. Almaraoui, who has a history of substance abuse issues, admitted to the burglary, which was a breach of a suspended jail sentence, and was given five years. The judge, Stephen Holt, warned Almaraoui that if he continued to commit offenses, his sentences would get longer.
