Here’s an article worth a read posted on Ajc.com. Georgia lawmakers are deciding whether to become the third state to make carbon monoxide detectors mandatory by law in their schools. This discussion was sparked by a carbon monoxide leak that sent over thirty students and ten adults from Finch Elementary School in Atlanta to the hospital. Currently, only Connecticut and Maryland have such laws mandating detectors in schools.
