Here’s an article worth a read posted on Udreview.com. Cops in Delaware have been known to work at liquor stores and catch underage people buying alcohol. It’s a Delaware state law that no one under the age of 21 is allowed to go into a liquor store, even if it’s just for a bag of chips. The workers at most liquor stores say that they get to know their customers and usually they can tell if someone is 19 and they come in using a fake id to buy alcohol. As stated in the article it is hard to catch 100% of the students who use fake ids but hopefully this could be a means to the right end.
