Just read this on Philly.com. The city of Camden, New Jersey is suffering from crime and poverty as never seen before in the city. Many people believe that the city has not reached rock bottom yet. The unemployment rate is above Eighteen percent in the city and the poverty rate is the highest in the nation. Camden had 67 homies in 2012. That is four times that murder rate as Philadelphia. Many observers do no see the city being able to get out of this very deep hole.
